Kate Peardon – Zenith Journey CEO

Kate Peardon is CEO of Zenith Journey and one of the most in demand leadership coaches in Australia. From her based on the Sunshine Coast she works with leaders, teams, and executive groups to help them levelup and learn to be better leaders. I first worked with Kate 2016 and since then we’ve worked together developing young leaders, coaching and mentoring groups, and collaborating on projects across a range of industries.

I’ve also worked with Kate in our roles as guest lecturers at The University of Sydney’s Centre for Continuing Education executive programs.
